Over 850 employees work across various departments .Viz., Supply Chain, Quality control, Marketing, Finance , Human Resource etc.

We not only offer training opportunities for our employees to enhance their managerial skills but also to improve the behavioral and communication skills.

Some of our training initiatives we undertake are:

  • Regular knowledge sessions are conducted by senior consultants from the industry with vast experience in plant breeding, seed science and technology, agronomy and related fields
  • Discussions on frontier research in agriculture and allied subjects are held to encourage our product development scientist’s along with technical training programmes on various aspects for our Research and Development (R&D) personnel.
  • Regular training is conducted for product evaluation staff to enable effective crop management and data collection.

We believe recognizing our employees is a great way to show appreciation and acknowledge their contribution to our growth journey. Recently, employees who have been associated with us for a long period were recognised and presented with a token of appreciation.

‘Utkrista Puraskar’ awards have been introduced with an objective of recognizing and incentivizing employees to who have contributed to achieve sustainability objectives. The programme recognizes top performers across departments.
