Mr. G.V. Bhaskar Rao

Founder and CMD of kaveri seeds, Mr.  G V Bhaskar Rao hails from a farming family. Equipped with a degree in farm science (B.Sc. – Agri) and a vision to redefine farming, Mr. Rao took his first steps as an agri-preneur way back in 1976. Over the three decades, he has continued to stay focused on his dream and in the process helped generate many a smile on the faces of the hardworking farmers. Popularised hybrid seed cultivation in India. If India has become self reliant in its food grain requirement, it is people like Mr. Bhaskar Rao who were working at grass root level to maximize productivity. Mr. Rao looks after R & D, production, quality assurance. A perfectionist to the core, Quality for Mr. Rao is not something accidental – but a ‘mindset for excellence’ that he continues to inculcate in his organization at all levels. 

Mr. Venu Manohar Rao

The Executive Director of kaveri seeds, Mr. Venu Manohar Rao has been a pillar of support for Mr. Bhaskar Rao in all his endeavours. A practical and a down-to-earth personality, Mr. Rao is respected for his sharp business acumen. He enjoys an excellent rapport with farmers who consult him on several issues. His contribution in building the Kaveri brand is unmatched while his leadership qualities continue to inspire and motivate one and all. He looks after sales operations across the country.

Mr. C. Vamshi

As a Marketing Director of kaveri seeds, Mr. C Vamshi brings to the table a whole new world of business innovation. His ideas, insights and strategies have enabled Kaveri to expand its business and integrate its operations. In addition to the marketing operations of the seeds business, Mr. Vamshi looks after the Agriteck operations in totality. Mr. Vamshi is a big believer in leading from the front and his dynamism and market-friendly attitude is well-recognized in the industry. He makes sales strategies and responsible for establishments of dealer networks.
 
Mr. C. Mithun Chand

An MBA with rich experience in portfolio management, Mr. C Mithun Chand on board as a Director adds a new dimension to the company's business. The young and enthusiastic director is capable of shouldering various and varied responsibilities. With a proven track record in a wide range of business functions – including marketing and production, Mr. Chand is also admired for his conceptual clarity and knowledge of public enterprises. He is responsible for HR and finance.
